DELIVERY INFORMATION

LOCAL PICKUP

You are welcome to collect your items from our workshop in Cheddar, Somerset. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm. Please call or email to make arrangements

UK MAINLAND

We will palletise your order and send out by our trusted courier network. We will ensure it is safely packaged to avoid any damage and ship all orders with full insurance. Your items will usually take 3 working days from completion to arrive. For larger volume orders over 20 sheets we will need allocate more than 1 pallet.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We can ship just about anywhere in the world but will need to get a quote first. Please contact us for more information and be sure to do so before checking out, we will send you a payment link to include the quoted delivery charge.

DELIVERY TIMES

As all our panels are cut to order will need to allow 7-10 working days for us to manufacture your order and a further 2-3 days for delivery. An up to date lead time can be obtained by contacting us.

RETURNS

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Decorative Panels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
